Celebrating Black History
February 1 - 29
Black History Month is an annual celebration of achievements by African Americans and a time for recognizing their central role in U.S. history. Also known as African American History Month, the event grew out of “Negro History Week,” the brainchild of noted historian Carter G. Woodson and other prominent African Americans. Since 1976, every U.S. president has officially designated the month of February as Black History Month. Other countries around the world, including Canada and the United Kingdom, also devote a month to celebrating Black history.

Send us a picture of you "Rocking Red" on February 2nd or 3rd as a way to support Heart Health Month

IMPORTANT NOTICE regarding PARKING

No parking on the street within the Hampton Oaks Community at any time. Garage and driveway parking only.

Short-term additional parking must be requested through Beason Management and will require a full description of the vehicle, license plate number, and dates.

Obtain permissions for clubhouse parking. Unauthorized vehicles parked at the clubhouse will be considered trespassing and may be towed at the owner's expense.

Per section 7.4 Vehicles; Parking - all vehicles shall be parked only in appropriate parking spaces serving the Lot

Any vehicles parked improperly are subject to tow and or fine.

Garages are not permitted as a form of storage and must be used to maximize the parking spaces available on the Lot.

If you are in non-compliance with any of the following covenant violations and or restrictions please be sure to make the appropriate changes to avoid further action being taken. Failure to do so will result in a violation and can later escalate to a daily fine of $25.00.
