Architectural Control Committee - The purpose of the Architectural Control Committee is to encourage the physical development of the subdivision in a way that will provide the maximum degree of aesthetic satisfaction through architectural and natural beauty, thereby providing for the well-being of its inhabitants, as well as for greater economic stability, through preservation and enhancement of property values.

Social Committee - The purpose of the Social Committee is to foster a cohesive community by organizing fun, interesting events for the entire community so neighbors can meet and socialize with each other.

Beautification Committee -
The sole purpose of the Beautification Committee is to implement the necessary improvements
and continuous upkeep, at all entrances and other common ground areas. The Beautification
Chairman directs the committee and oversees the neighborhood common ground areas, renovation of existing flower beds for seasonal plantings, oversees sign placement/repair and placement of seasonal holiday decorations.
A "Yard of the month," award and seasonal contests will be judged by this committee. This committee strives to provide incentives which will promote participation in the upkeep and beautification of our neighborhood. We hope to increase every homeowner's interest in the beautification of their own yard, and add aesthetic value to one of the most desired and beautiful neighborhoods in City of South Fulton.
Neighborhood Watch - A neighborhood watch also called a crime watch or neighborhood crime watch, is an organized group of civilians devoted to crime and vandalism prevention within a neighborhood. The aim of neighborhood watch includes educating residents of a community on security and safety and achieving safe and secure neighborhoods. However, when a criminal activity is suspected, members are encouraged to report to authorities, and not to intervene.

If you're new to the community and want to meet people and get involved, or you've got your eye on a seat on the Board, take a look at our association's committee structure and see how you can get involved. Everyone benefits from the work of these groups, and having the continued support of our residents makes us stronger.
*Any resident interested in serving on a committee should contact the Chairperson or a member of the Hampton Oaks Board.
