Hello Hampton Oaks!

Pool season opens Memorial Day Weekend annually and closes the weekend of Labor Day.  During the pool open season, swimming pool hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily, weather and pool conditions permitting.

• All members in good standing and their guests must wear the current Hampton Oaks pool wristband in the pool area at all times.

• Members must be prepared to sign in with Pool Monitor and show their pool wristbands in order to access the pool area. 

• All family, tenants, and guests must be accompanied by a sponsoring member of the Association in good standing. 

• Should it be necessary for the benefit of the pool attendant on duty, proof of identification may be required.

THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. ALL PERSONS USING THE POOL AND POOL AREA DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK AND SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.

Pool Attendants may be hired to monitor pool access and verify wristbands, names, and addresses of sponsoring members and their families, tenants, and guests.

REMINDERS:

• Individuals not properly toilet trained must use a swim diaper or rubber pants. Standard disposable diapers/cloth diapers are NOT allowed in the water

• NO DIVING

• Loud music and music with profanity is NOT permitted

• Eating and drinking in the pool is strictly prohibited

• Breakable materials, such as bottles or glass, or other dangerous objects or materials are not permitted in the pool area.

• Smoking is prohibited within the pool area.

• Animals and pets are not permitted in the pool or the pool area at any time, except assistance animals helping disabled individuals

ANY VIOLATION OF THE FOREGOING POOL RULES AND REGULATION MAY RESULT IN ENFORCEMENT ACTION UNDER THE DECLARATION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, SUSPENSION OF A MEMBER'S RIGHT TO USE THE POOL.
